What this surface does

This surface is the issued-bonus ledger. It is used after a reusable bonus definition has already been assigned to players.

Use it when you need to answer questions such as:

• which player received a bonus
• what the current user-bonus status is
• how much bonus value, wager left, or winning amount is attached to that record
• whether the issued bonus has expired, been cancelled, or converted

How to use it

• Filter by user email, user ID, bonus type, status, and date range.
• Use CSV export when a support or finance team needs the current filtered slice outside CRM.
• Open one user-bonus row to inspect the full issued-bonus record.

Important distinction

This is not the reusable bonus catalog.
It is the operational history of issued or earned bonus instances tied to players.

Common caveats

• A player-bonus record can stay visible even if the reusable bonus definition was later changed or archived.
• Status, wager, and amount fields belong to the issued instance, not to the reusable template.
