What this page is for
Use the main Dashboard for a quick view of revenue, player activity, liabilities, bonus payouts, and game performance without opening several separate reports.
This guide explains:
- what each Dashboard section is for
- which date controls and switches change the result
- where to find the exact definition of a number
- what to check before reporting an inconsistency
How to read the Dashboard
The Dashboard combines several sections. They do not all use the same time period or refresh at the same moment.
- A current snapshot can change during the day.
- A comparison can show today, yesterday, month-to-date, or a selected period.
- Historical sections and current-day sections can cover different time windows.
- A total shown above a chart may summarize only the points currently visible in that chart.
If two widgets do not match exactly, do not assume one of them is wrong. First check:
- the active date option
- whether streamer mode is enabled
- whether a grouped or detailed view is selected
- whether both values come from the same Dashboard section or from different reports
Where client questions usually start
The most common “how is this calculated?” questions usually come from these blocks:

Those pages include the most detailed calculation notes and caveats.
Find the right explanation
Search by the label you see on screen or by the question you are trying to answer. Useful searches include:

Open the matching section below when you need a field definition, formula, or known limitation.
Important caveat
Similar labels can use different periods or rules in different reports. When a number affects a client or financial decision, open its dedicated guide and check the definition, selected period, currency, and known limitations before using it.
