What this page shows

The MKT Groups list is the entry point for reviewing and maintaining marketing tag groups. Each row is one saved group. The table shows the group name, saved status, automatic rules, current effective-tag count, and last update time.

Access

  • MktGroups:R is required to open the list. Without it, the page shows a no-permission state.
  • Create Group is visible with MktGroups:C.
  • Edit is visible with MktGroups:U.
  • The original superadmin bypasses these portal visibility checks.
  • The admin service also authenticates and permission-checks every list, detail, preview, create, and update request.

Search and refresh

Search Group filters by group name using a case-insensitive contains match. Typing alone does not change the table. Press Search or press Enter to apply the trimmed text; applying a search returns to the first page.

Refresh reloads the current query. It does not clear the applied search, change pagination, recalculate configuration, or mutate a group.

Table columns

  • Group Name: saved display name of the group.
  • Status: Active or Inactive from the group's saved status flag.
  • Automatic Rules: comma-separated automatic substring rules, or - when the group has none.
  • Included MKT Count: number of distinct raw tags in the group's current effective set, including both manual and automatically matched tags.
  • Updated At: saved update timestamp formatted for display; an unavailable or invalid value is shown as -.
  • Actions: contains Edit when the operator has update access.

Ordering and pagination

Rows are ordered by newest Updated At first, with the highest group id used as the tie-breaker. The list starts with 20 rows per page. Available page sizes are 10, 20, 50, and 100. Changing page size returns to the first page.

Empty and loading behavior

While data is loading, the table waits for the request. When the current search and page have no rows, it shows No MKT groups found. A failed list request does not change any saved group; retry with Refresh after checking access or service availability.

Important caveats

  • Included MKT Count is calculated from the current raw-tag source. It can change when new banking or casino transaction tags appear, even when the group's saved rules did not change.
  • The list does not expose manual tags. Open Edit to inspect both manual tags and automatic rules together with the effective preview.
  • Inactive is the saved group status. It is not the same as the report's Active Only player-activity filter.
  • There is no delete action on this page.
