What this page does
This page shows provider restrictions for one selected country and lets operators edit casino-scoped provider restrictions. It also shows externally sourced restrictions so operators can understand the combined restriction state.
Use it when a country-specific support or compliance question depends on whether a provider is restricted, why it appears restricted, or whether a casino-managed restriction should be added or removed.
How to use it
- Use provider filters to narrow candidate providers.
- Use
Restrictedto see all providers restricted by casino and external sources. - Use
Restricted (casino)to focus on casino-scope restrictions that this page can edit. - Use
Restricted (external)to inspect externally sourced restrictions that this page cannot edit. - Use
Allowedto see providers not currently restricted for the country. - Use
Changesto inspect staged add/remove changes before saving. - Click
Saveto persist staged casino-scope changes.
How to read the tabs
Restrictedshows the combined restricted state for the country.Restricted (casino)shows editable casino-scope restrictions, including staged additions.Restricted (external)shows external restrictions that remain visible but locked.Allowedshows candidate providers not currently restricted by the combined state.Changesshows the rows currently staged for add/remove review.
Important behavior
- External restriction rows are visible but not selectable from this page.
- Save mutates only casino-scope restrictions.
- New mappings are created with active restriction status.
Known caveats
- Remove and add operations are separate requests. If a save fails after one request succeeds, refresh and re-check the mapping state.
- The current section title says
Restricted Gameseven on the provider mapping page; the grid itself shows providers. - Leaving or refreshing the page before Save discards staged changes.
- If a provider is externally restricted, removing a casino-scope restriction may not make the provider allowed.
