What players see

An authenticated player can see a generated or custom referral link, a QR code, tracked visits, registrations, depositors, and the currently claimable referral reward.

The CMS page must include General - Refer a Friend, and Referral Percent must be greater than zero. A custom referral link replaces the generated link and hides the landing and bonus selectors.

Statistics

  • Visits counts tracked referral visits.
  • Registrations counts referral relationships successfully created for the referrer.
  • Depositors counts distinct referred players with at least one successful deposit.
  • Revenue is the current unclaimed referral reward in the referrer's wallet currency. It is not general business revenue.

Reward basis

The reward starts from the qualifying NGR input produced for the referred player during instant-cashback processing:

qualifying referred-player NGR input x Referral Percent / 100

The percentage is applied before conversion into the referrer's active wallet currency. The conversion provider, capture timestamp, rounding boundary, and missing-rate behavior are not fully proven, so this value remains needs_review for financial reconciliation.

Claim behavior

Claim is available only for a positive stored reward. A successful claim creates the configured rakeback bonus, resets the stored referral balance, and redirects the player to Cashback.

Referral reward accrual

How It Works
Multiply the qualifying referred-player NGR input by Referral Percent, then convert the result into the referrer's active wallet currency.
What To Check
This is not a percentage of the referred player's rakeback payout.

Depositors

How It Works
Count distinct referred players with at least one successful deposit.
What To Check
Registrations can be greater than Depositors because registration alone does not require a successful deposit.

Successful claim

How It Works
Create the configured rakeback bonus for the positive stored reward and reset the stored referral balance after success.
What To Check
Configuration alone does not guarantee that a claim is eligible or succeeds.
